If there are quality issues with fresh fruit and vegetables you buy from us, we’ll both refund your money and replace your purchase.
For any other product quality issues such as: Sauces, Drinks, Asian groceries etc. a refund OR a replacement will be given.
Simply return the product with your receipt instore.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please bring your item instore with your receipt.
To return your product, you should contact us at (04) 894 5907 and we will arrange of a delivery driver to collect it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you choose this method of return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
